The Assistant Branch Manager at Bharat Finance Inclusion Ltd plays a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in managing branch operations, promoting financial inclusion,and enhancing customer service. This position is responsible for team leadership,loan management,and ensuring adherence to organizational policies while driving branches.

-Financial analysis and reporting.

-Strong problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in MS office and financial software.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀:-

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration,or a related field.

2. 1-2+ years of experience in microfinance,banking or financial services, preferable in a supervisory role.

3. Strong understanding of microfinance products and the socio-economic environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven leadership abilities with team development and customer service.

6. Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
