Revenue Generation of the Branch

Ensure the immigration and education process is well managed

Business Development of the assigned branch as per management vision

Provide quality and exceptional services to customers.

Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Support sales promotion activities including promotional-

campaigns, Seminars and Webinars.

Client Payment Collection and recording.

Refund clients handling and coordinating with concern team

heads.

Branch Calls Handling.

Immigration Leads assigning.

Branch administration and discipline

Team management

Should have same industry experience of minimum 3 years in Overseas education or immigration.

Capable to handle a team.

Good Communication skill.

Experience in sales and marketing.
