The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Taxation:
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns for clients.
Assist in tax planning and provide advice on tax-efficient strategies.
Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
Audit Assistance:
Support in the preparation and execution of audits.
Software and Technology:
Proficient in using accounting software (., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA Inter or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a CA firm.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of the latest accounting software and tools.
