Job Responsibilities:

1. Sketch Interpretation and Apartment Design:

�� Analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent.

�� Develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (., AutoCAD)

2. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MB (Measurement Book) Preparation:

�� Create accurate BOQ and MB based on apartment designs.

�� Ensure detailed documentation of materials, quantities, and measurements.

3. Estimation:

�� Collect and analyze data for cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.

�� Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing information.

4. House Planning:

�� Contribute to the development of comprehensive house plans, considering spatial efficiency, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes.

�� Work closely with the architectural team to implement design changes.

5. Excel Sheet for Plots Information:

�� Create an Excel sheet to organize and manage poll information.

�� Include relevant details such as plot size, ownership, and any other pertinent data.

6. Documentation Management:

�� Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, plans, and correspondence.

�� Ensure documents comply with industry standards.

Skills & Experience required

Candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience working in a township project

Candidate must have hands-on experience with Auto CAD 2D drawings.

Candidate must have a Diploma in civil engineering with Auto CAD Certification and Internship experience or B. Arch with prior job experience.
