Position Overview:

The Architect at Studio5india is responsible for leading architectural design projects, from conceptualization to construction, while ensuring adherence to client requirements, building codes, and industry standards. This role involves creative design, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural design concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Utilize design software and tools to create drawings, renderings, and presentations that effectively communicate design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Incorporate principles of sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality into architectural designs to meet client needs and project objectives.

Project Management:

Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and oversee project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and meetings to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.

Client Interaction and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on architectural projects, understanding their needs, preferences, and vision for the project.

Collaborate with clients to translate their requirements into design concepts, providing creative solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals.

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and the delivery of high-quality architectural services.
