Maintaining the books of accounts in Tally

Reconciliation of Sales, purchase, expenses, cash, bank books and all other accounting entries on fortnight basis

Preparation of profitability, cost sheets, account statements & MIS reports on monthly basis

Imports coordination with suppliers and CHA

Confirmation of Credit bills dues and raising payment vouchers

Handling of Import and Export documentation, L/C's and Bank Guarantees as per the agreed terms

Coordinating with auditors for finalization, conducting internal and statutory audits;

Filing of all statutory returns and statements - GST, TDS, insurance

Preparation of CMA data
