Responsibilities:
1) Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential real estate investment opportunities and monitor market trends.
2) Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including financial modeling and pro forma analysis, to evaluate potential investment opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
3) Due Diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities, reviewing financial statements, property information, and legal documents.
4) Asset Management: Support the management of assets after acquisition, including monitoring property performance, preparing financial reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
5) Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, investors, and lenders on the performance of assets, investment strategies, and relevant information.
6) Investor Relations: Communicate regularly with investors to provide updates on investments and respond to inquiries.
7) Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including property management, leasing, and construction, to ensure effective asset management.
Qualifications:
I. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field.
II. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related fields. CA, CFA, ACCA Ideal.
III. Strong financial analysis skills and experience with financial modeling software.
IV. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
V. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
VI. Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitive factors.
VII. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
VIII. Experience with due diligence and underwriting of potential investment opportunities is a plus.
Pay Structure:
(Note: Salary is on monthly basis. Its a remote job for a year contract to hire for a year and pay range depends on job position from junior to senior so Base Salary ranges from 700 to 1000 USD + 1500 KPI Bonus)
