• Develop project plans with accurate resourcing and work schedules.

• Develop method of work statements and processes for all projects undertaken.

• Develop Maintenance Philosophies.

• Develop Asset Registers, hierarchies and classifications from P&IDs, PFDs, single line drawings and other data sources.

• Prepare for and conduct Preliminary Criticality Analysis studies.

• Prepare for and conduct maintenance strategy analysis (Failure Modes and Effects analysis, RCM, criticality, etc.) using proprietary software.

• Develop maintenance strategies.

• Development of Planned Maintenance Routines for core discipline.

• Construction of planned maintenance program.

• Assist with workload smoothing and man-power projections.

• Perform spares analysis for critical equipment.
