Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves operating and maintaining asphalt production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of asphalt materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate and control machinery and equipment in the asphalt production process, including mixers, conveyors, and control systems.

Production Oversight: Monitor production levels and adjust machinery settings to ensure the proper mixing, heating, and distribution of asphalt materials.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain adherence to specifications and standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel as necessary.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an Asphalt Plant Operator or similar role within the asphalt production industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining asphalt production equipment and familiarity with plant controls and systems.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to following safety procedures at all times.

Adaptability: Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks as required.

Residency: Valid residency or work permit in Saudi Arabia.
