- Hands-on experience in Designing and Developing .Net based web applications

- Hands-on experience in following technologies or tools: .Net or above in C#// Java script / JQuery/ AJAX/ SQL Server.

- Must have product/project design skill using various patterns and framework.

- Must have excellent debugging and performance tuning skill.

- Must have very strong understanding and knowledge on web based applications life cycle.

- Experience developing applications using Web Services, SOA Concepts, WCF Integration, LINQ Integration, integration

- Should be strong in SQL Server and Store procedures.
