Project Lead/ Team Lead (9-13 yrs exp)

• Should have worked on technology, SQL server, Ajax, JQuery, XML, JavaScript, MVL, Web Services

• Exp in leading team along with sound knowledge in , C#, , MVC, MS SQL.

• Good experience in analyzing requirements, design and managing development of enterprise applications on the .NET platform.

• Good database skills, preference for MS SQL

• Defining the project management process to be applied to the project

• Experience to prepare project plans, track and report progress to plan

• Assure timely adaptive action is taken

• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

BE/ BCA/ MCA/MCM or equivalent technical degree preferred

Any post graduate- Any specialization

• Define the project management process to be applied to the project.

• Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities

• Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.

• Track and report on progress to plan.

• Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.

• Coordinate management and technical decisions.

• Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

• Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
