The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the music industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping artists achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement career strategies and goals

- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, bookings, and promotions

- Foster relationships with industry professionals, such as agents, promoters, and labels

- Oversee marketing and social media efforts

- Negotiate contracts and deals

- Provide guidance on creative projects and performances
