Job Summary:

Lumi Shop, a leading brand in handcrafted decorative lighting and eco-friendly furniture, is looking for a skilled Artisan to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in working with materials like wood, metal, and fabric to craft high-quality, aesthetically appealing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create handcrafted decorative lighting and furniture as per Lumi Shop’s standards.

Work with various materials, including wood, metal, glass, and fabric, to produce unique and durable products.

Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with designers and production teams to develop new designs and prototypes.

Ensure precision, detailing, and finishing in all crafted products.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled.

Perform quality checks and refine products as needed.

Follow safety protocols and industry best practices while working.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as an Artisan/Craftsman in woodworking, metalworking, or related fields.

Strong understanding of crafting techniques and ability to work with different materials.

Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills.

Ability to follow design specifications and work independently or collaboratively.

Creativity, problem-solving skills, and passion for handcrafted designs.

Knowledge of tool handling and basic safety regulations.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in handmade lighting, furniture, or home decor products is a plus.

Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly production techniques.
