• Job description: 1. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach 2. Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective customer 3. Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current customer 4. Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize customer referrals 5. • Requirements: 1. Relevant 4– 8 years of sales and customer service experience 2. Good written as well as oral communication skills 3. Pro-efficient in Microsoft Excel 4. Strong and aggressive sales approach 5. Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele 6. Self-motivated and self-starter 7. Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance-based culture 8. Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment 9. Thrives in a fast-paced environment 10. Enjoys and works well on a team 11. Experience with Sales CRM preferred Note: Need to operate from Home. Own vehicle preferred.
