Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to manage and grow sales with existing retail partners. This is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to retailers to maintain relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations. The candidate will work directly for the distributor and play a key role in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit existing retail partners regularly to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

* Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution at retail

* Monitor stock levels at retailers and coordinate with the distributor for timely replenishments

* Identify and resolve any issues related to product supply, pricing, or customer concerns.

* Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

* Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
