Job Opening: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Locations: Bongaigaon, Kokrajhar, Guwahati, Silchar, Jorhat

Salary: CTC up to 45,000 per month

Manpower Requirement: 2 positions in each location

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for high performance.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Manage budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the teams sales skills.

Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.

Conduct field visits to understand market challenges and competition.

Solve sales process challenges and implement effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Management or related field).

Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and market development.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in rural and urban markets.

Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Willingness to travel with a valid government-issued ID.
