We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and team management, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading their own team, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales performance issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Must have own team of sales professionals.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
