Roles & Responsibilities:-

Branch expansion as per business plan based on proper market survey and analysis of areas business potential.

Managing disbursement targets and client acquisition targets.

Ensuring proper documentation is done with all the clients and there is no miscommunication or commitments is made with the clients

Ability to handle prospective clients and their regular business activities

Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

Creating annual plan and is responsible for implementation of operations as per agreed timelines

S/he is responsible to develop and maintain and review monthly, quarterly, annual sales budgets for the

district.

Qualification & skills

* Bachelors degree in Business or any other revelent field

* 3+ years of experience in sales & Marketing ( prefered)

* Strong communication skills to handle prospective clients.

* Ability to lead executives to work under pressure

* handling executives by promoting innovative ideas

* ensure district sales and promotion of products.
