Responsible for sales & revenue Generation,developing sales strategies, setting up of detailed AOP, enhancing distribution footprint, credit control, forecasting and promotional activities
Accountable for Sales (primary and secondary)and revenue generation through companys product line in the assigned Area/State
Responsible for credit control by ensuring timely collection of over dues, maintaining credit days and channel partners performance to avoid delayed payments
Responsible to grow business of existing customers by achieving set business targets and ROI
Responsible to prepare PJP for self and team and demonstrate 100% adherence
Develop creative promotional strategies to assist customers in pushing sales
Responsible for settlement of distributors issue sand maintain hygiene within channel network
Maintain key outlets and expansion of retail universe through team
Prepare market intelligence report across marketing Ps reflecting competitive launches, pricing, promotions, etc. to gauge current market trends
Consistently liquidate slow moving stock in consultation with ZM
Managing frontline field force (2-4)
Conduct business performance review meetings with customer and sales team on monthly and quarterly basis
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals
Ensure allocated team is onboard throughout the year with the fall back option in case of any eventuality
