JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of your GPPL products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding business network with distributor and retailers
Responsible for maintain existing distributors and retailers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual TSI
Responsible for allocating area to TSI
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analysing sales figures through SFA
Possibly dealing with some major distributor accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Responsible to report RSM on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
Required Experience :- 6+yrs. of experience in FMCG/Beverage Industry.
