2. Deliver value add sales volume within given sales territory.
3. Establish direct contact with owners (Farmers) to increase sales revenue.
4. Build repeat customers with promotional activities and by creating brand awareness.
5. Coordinate information training activities, sales planning to improve sales revenues.
6. Travel and train large groups in eFeed products and sales penetrations.
7. Designing a sales penetration strategy for eFeed.
8. Competition Analysis . Animal Husbandry (Aqua, Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).
9. Consumer behaviour analysis towards the Animal (Aqua, Poultry and Cattle feed Industry).
10. Build and train the sales team for expansion of area sales.
11. Present daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports to Management.
12. Coordinate sales efforts with operations team, sales team.
13. Ensure on time sales collections.
14. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined.
