Compiling sales data and trends are an integral part of his Job. It is therefore essential that he has computer skills of a very high Calibre to analyse and make presentations to the Management.
He has to lead a team of sales people ( NCS in East ). This entails many different tasks, including training sales employees, holding regular conference calls, reviewing team member expense reports, coaching, motivating and supporting the sales team, and ensuring that employees are achieving their sales goals.
He must possess strong leadership and communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and with little supervision, and sometimes they are even required to work remotely.
