Must be able to lead, handle and manage the entire team to ensure monthly targets in HEALTH INSURANCE business.

He shall be responsible to recruit Trainee Sales Officers(TSO) across the state of West Bengal at different locations in the state.

There will be a monthly target for him in regard to business as well as recruitment.

Minimum 3 years exposure as a managerial role in insurance industry, is mandatory.
