Designation: Key Account Manager (Poultry)
Job Description:
Set and achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
Achieve product wise and unit wise Budgets
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives of the
HQ
Sales and Inventory control of the HQ
Achieve collection target of the HQ
Creating new customers
Retaining existing customers
Will be responsible to provide Training to Sales staff on technical and
commercial aspects of the product and oversee the sales target/collection
achievements
Will be responsible for planning monthly, quarterly and annual Sales
plan and achievement strategies
Achieve assigned sales targets
Meet and develop important customers and members of trade
channel Develop consultants to create network for sales
Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities
Active participation in poultry exhibitions, stall designing & technical conference
Requirements:
Veterinary Postgraduate(BVSc/ MVSc/ PhD)
Experience in Poultry Industry essential
Excellent inter-personal skills
Partnering skills, strategic thinker and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Should be comfortable travelling
