1 Developing distributor and dealer chain and sustaining long-term relationships with existing clients/customers and obtain new orders from them. Schedule promotional campaign for rising the sales.
2 Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and building brand awareness
3 Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team
4 Planning and organising daily work schedule for the sales team. Create the list of stockist cataloguers, distributors, retailers and customers to whom the sales team should visit.
5 Setting the sales targets to be achieved by the Sales individuals and ensure they put their best effort to achieve the desired result.
6 Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets.
7 Developing innovative sales strategies and assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
8 Identifying target customers, their current product offerings through market research and acquire the account by discussing the strategy and persuading the target customers to sell the company's products.
9 Visiting customers on regular basis for retaining strong relationship with them and also informing them about the upcoming products and products transition. Train the customers about the product if required.
10 Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
