Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Salary: 20k plus incentives

Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in a particular geographical area. The person will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the sales team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
Manage a team of sales representatives, and monitor their performance to ensure targets are met.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the area, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth in the area.
Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to make informed decisions.
Plan and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to achieve sales objectives.
Participate in trade shows and other events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
