Any Physics Graduate or Medical physics post graduate and additional sales
management Diploma / Degree preferred
Required Experience : 05 10 yrs
Job Description:
Build & Execute Government and Private Hospital Sales along with the team to deliver on
- Annual target on Order & Sales (. execution of customer orders)
- Manage Account Receivables & collections for sales done
- Manage Channel/Dealers in the region
- Strategize for key Govt. accounts keeping in view the various external and internal stakeholders
Develop relationship with the Clinical Users in Govt and Pvt Institutes (viz. Radiologist, Oncologist etc)
Build on technical knowledge for self on PMT product basket and the competitive offering
Self learning and team learning on new products
Participate in CME and Conferences to build product knowledge and build awareness amongst clinical fraternity
Work closely with other disciplines like Modality Specialists, Project Management, Supply Chain. Project & Customer Service to give comprehensive solution to the customer.
Candidate Profile:
Healthcare industry/market know-how, customer relationships. Preferably with understanding of Imaging systems (radiology) and radiotherapy equipments
Sales experience of medical equipments is must
Good customer relation skills
Passion for Healthcare
Strong networking skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ready to travel 70% in a month
