Making strategy to increase secondary sales with the help of junior sales staff. Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills. Expert in maximum utilization of resources. Handling sales team and appointing new sales team as required. Good knowledge of geographical area of his working territory. Good in reporting and proper co-ordination with HO staff. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good face value in market and capable to spread company products on their own face value. Expert in fund generation and should be the man of commitment. Good planning and organizational skills.
