Responsibilities
 Establishing long-term strategic relationships with important doctors, KOLs, BMEs and Hospital Purchase Heads through meetings and networking.
 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
 Promote our range of Medical Equipment addressing and predicting clients’ objectives.
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through on location cold calling to the Hospitals.
 Achieving sales targets month on month.
 Manage all leads, opportunities and customers within a defined territory to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
 Communicate and collaborate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
 Update CRM planned activities & opportunities etc. on call-to-call basis.
 Planning and organizing marketing events & activities.
 Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
 Develop and train entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Required Candidate profile:
Sales experience: 1 to 5 years (experience in healthcare domain will be added advantage)
Key skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills, Common IT skills viz. Email, MS Excel, Power Pont, Word etc., (Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus) Commercial awareness, Numerical skills.
Should be able to speak more than one language fluently.
