Job Description

Desired Candidate Experience :-

- Industry (worked in): Sales of FMCG (preferred) or Pharmaceutical Products

Required Skill Set :-

- Candidate should be good in maintaining administrative control on field force;

- Candidate must have an excellent connect to pharma retailers;

- Candidate should have an experience of leading a team;

- Candidate should have good business acumen;

- Candidate should have good communication skills;

- Candidate should have good experience in scientific /medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Candidate must ensure achievement of expansion targets;

- Candidate must ensure acquisition/ retention of Field Sales Officers;

- Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Sales Team Hierarchy;

- Candidate must be ready to travel extensively;

- Candidate will have to regularly review his team performance and identify the areas for improvement;

- Candidate must ensure the development according to the sales funnel.
