- Strong Understanding of Channel Sales and actively handled Distribution / Channel Sales in a Competitive market.
- Must have working experience in Ceramics / Sanitary ware / Faucet, Kitchen Sink, Bathroom Accessories, Tiles, Bathroom Vanity and Wellness
-You should be open & flexible to travel in entire Rajasthan.
- You should be able to develop close relationship with the Distributors, Dealers, Builders, Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Consultant and Contractors
- Proactively follow up retail projects at all influencing levels throughout the sales process
- Good Team Player and Team Handling Skills- Monitor and report the status of projects throughout the project cycle in house CRM systems
- Preparation of monthly sales forecast and retail / project sales budgets.
- Prepare and present technical, commercial, product presentations to all sectors- Implement marketing campaigns, activities.
- Promote, present the different Business Units / Brands activity.
- Observe competitor activities, collect and report all significant information.
- Define the training requirements for retail customers within the region
- Conduct training presentations, seminars.
- Collect, monitor and report local regulations, standards and rules relevant to the company products.
-Preparation and presentation of technical submittals, solutions and quotations.
- Plan & implement innovative marketing techniques for building Brand awareness & generating leads.
- Extensive traveling to cover the territory/region effectively, to identify & generate business from Dealers.
