Role In brief: Enhance sales for assigned area
Working hours are from 10 am to 6:30 pm. Fixed off will be on Sunday. Apart from a week off, there will be public holidays. We allow flexi timing.
Salary is 5 to 9 LPA based on the years of experience. Plus, incentives.
Reporting to MD.
Experience: Ideally 5 to 8 years.
Job responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in the assigned area or territory.
Analyze the market and identify potential customers, opportunities, and challenges in the assigned area,
Keep abreast of all the products and competitors & make product presentations.
Make projects visits to Developers / Builders, MEP contractors and Plumbing contractors.
Establish, maintain, and expand customer base.
Maintain and increase sales of company’s products (Valves)
Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales representatives.
Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and coach programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure effective communication and support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: no bar on education. Due weightage to / BE and MBA (if from reputed institute)
Experience: Min. 4 years exp of working with builders; MEP consultants; plumbing contractors. Weightage if he has exposure to Sanitary/ plumbing distributors. Male candidates are preferred. The candidate must be fluent in local language.
