Responsibilities:
• Achieving assigned sales objectives of the area consistently.
• Conducting joint field work for addressing issues of TSEs/MRs.
• Developing a trained, committed, and motivated team of frontline sales professionals.
• Mentoring and coaching the team members.
• Converting new / difficult customers into potential ones.
• Conducting sales promotion campaigns.
• Staying updated on customers and market knowledge.
• Keeping the team motivated to achieve the set targets.
• Ensuring adherence of Stewardship and Compliance norms of the organization by self and team.
• Spend more than 80% time in customer facing selling.
Education Qualification:
• Graduate (pref: B. Pharm)
• Post-Graduation in Management (pref: pharmaceutical)
