Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Marketing and Sales team across various states. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the edible oil industry and a proven track record of driving growth in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the edible oil industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to understand regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Promote our range of edible oil products through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and in-store promotions
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
Monitor and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the edible oil or related food industry
Strong understanding of regional markets and customer preferences
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
