Job Description: Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within their designated area, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
2. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
11. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Any Stream, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
8. Knowledge of the specific industry or market.
