Job Description for Field Sales Manager
 The main objective is to drive business growth and development.
 Research and maintain a comprehensive database, ensuring regular follow-up with
potential leads.
 Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Florim Global Pvt Ltd via phone,
email, or other communication channels.
 Analyse market data for the assigned region to assess the size and potential demand for
MADELEINE products by engaging with key industry players like retailers, wholesalers,
influencers, and professionals, as well as leveraging online platforms like Google, India
Art, Just Dial, etc.
 Utilize market insights to identify new leads and recruit distributors in targeted
locations, based on sales goals and financial needs.
 Focus on building and maintaining primary sales channels (distributors) while optimizing
sales through field and promotional activities.
 Ensure MADELEINE products are readily available and prominently displayed at key
retail locations.
 Drive brand awareness through direct interactions with influencers, organizing meetings
with architects, dealers, and installers, conducting sampling, attending trade fairs, and
promoting in-store branding initiatives.
 Consistently meet sales targets and contribute to year-on-year (YOY) business growth.
 Keep track of sales performance, competitor actions, market trends, and new product
concepts.
 Oversee the complete sales-to-service process, identifying and resolving issues to
maintain smooth operations.
 Adhere to the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly work plan as per SOPs, ensuring regular
visits, accurate data entry in apps, and timely reporting.
Candidate must having the background of Building Material company.
