PCC Popular seeks a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our dynamic team (home-based!). Leverage your existing network and build new connections to sell our consumer electronics to distributors across 5 neighboring cities within your home territory.

Responsibilities:

- Manage existing distributors and develop new ones in your assigned cities. (Former distributor connections highly preferred and can shorten probation!)

- Negotiate and close sales deals with distributors.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Prepare accurate sales reports.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B).

- Strong understanding of wholesale/retail sales and distribution channels.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Bonus Points:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Existing connections with distributors in consumer electronics (a major advantage!).

Probationary Period & Compensation

- 6-month probation with target-based salary structure.

- Achieve specific sales targets to earn the base salary and potentially shorten probation.
