Role and Responsibilities:
1. Executing sales process with the team to provide financial repayment plans to customers for their loans through digital channels and voice process
2. Handling escalation cases.
3. Campaign Strategy management for loans.
4. Demonstrated ability and comfort working in a start-up environment with an agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, and tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
5. Train & Lead the team of customer service team to improve their quality and performance metrics
Skill Requirements:
1. Overseeing staff members
2. Setting sales goals and targets for the office.
3. Creating and implementing a strategy to improve performance
4. Implementing and monitoring adherence to policies to contain customer escalations
5. Maintain & adhere to deadlines for the team
6. Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs.
7. Preparing monthly feedback reports on sales performance
8. Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding RBI regulations
9. Training and mentoring of staff members in the Sales department.
Area Manager Requirements:
1. MBA qualified candidates will be preferred

3. Experience with data software and knowledge of MS Office, Google docs and Google sheets. (Preferred)
