Maintaining and increasing sales of your Secured Loan (HL, LAP) & Business Loan products

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Recruiting and new dealers and channel partners

Monitoring & performance to reach sales targets

Reporting to G. M.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Good business sense

Initiative and enthusiasm

Excellent communication and people skills

Good planning and organizational skills

The ability to work calmly under pressure
