General Roles/Responsibilities:

Over all responsibilities of the allotted area.

To promote all the Marketing and After service team to achieve the sales target

Responsible for market survey potential working target fixing and dealer network development.

Dividing target to marketing executives.

Forming policy and price pattern, advertisement and other matters to achieve targets.

Control and monitoring receivables.

New product launch and product feedback.

Competitors activity feedback.

Arrangement of seminars/Exhibition/camps etc.

Development of service centers and Co- ordination for after sales service.

Brand building.

Account settlement of Dealers/ Distributors.

Auditing of branch including expenses stock reconciliation etc.,

Controlling of expenses with in limit fixed by company.

Tour plan review and performance appraisals (self and Team).

Dealer handling, Motivation and relation development.

Sales promotion and field canvassing.

Reporting and documentation as per company system.
