We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative. This role requires a dynamic professional who can actively identify new leads, nurture relationships, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field to meet potential customers, showcase our product, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Customer Meetings: Meet with potential customers in the field, present and demonstrate our product, and address customer needs.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales process.
Closing Sales: Successfully close sales by negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead generation and closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable with fieldwork, including traveling to meet clients and prospects in person.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at various stages of the sales cycle.
Previous experience in industrial sales is a plus.
