2. Market Analysis:
o Study the local market to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
o Identify opportunities to grow the business in the assigned area.
3. Client Management:
o Conduct site visits to evaluate project feasibility.
o Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
o Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure timely project execution.
4. Coordination with Teams:
o Work closely with the engineering and operations teams for project planning and delivery.
o Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Reporting:
o Maintain records of sales activities, client meetings, and project updates.
o Submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales (solar or renewable energy experience preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems and EPC processes (training can be provided).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
