Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate DSA Channels and
take ownership and deliver results.
• Responsible for onboarding of new DSA / Corporate DSA.
• Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection
report, monthly sales plan etc.
• To create a ground network of DSA's and Connectors that will bring in PL business to the
company.
• To maintain constant engagement and relationship with all partners to ensure longevity of
business.
• To liaise internally with credit and operations teams for ensuring disbursals of files logged in with
the company.
• To execute dynamic contests and competitions with all partners to maintain the relationship.
• Will be reporting to the RSM on a daily basis.
• Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
• Performance based incentives included.
• This is an on-field job and not work from home.
Experience & Skills Required:
• 2 – 5 years of work experience selling personal loan in Banking & Non – Banking Companies.
• Must have present or past relevant experience of unsecured or secured loans working with a
bank or NBFC or with a DSA that serves banks or NBFC.
• Must be okay with an on-field job of visiting partners daily and maintaining constant
engagement with them.
• Must be having a network of partners with him or should be willing to make a network of onground partners and DSA's to ensure inflow of business.
• Should have relevant and updated knowledge about PL (product, policy, structure etc.)
• Team player should be able to work under pressure.
• Good networking skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
Office Timing & Working Days:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be stretched depending upon workload)- Monday to Saturday
