Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales manager with exposure in bid Writing, bid preparation, bid
analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting & management. The incumbent would
be responsible for lead closure & conversion of client response, follow-ups & account
management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation
strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients
• Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter
experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
• Generate leads by approaching new customers
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meet targets on regular basis.
• Targeted business and revenue generation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Native
language)
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly,
enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Requires at least 4 years of experience servicing high-end clientele in a premium
establishment.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in E&TC, BSC field related to products
and services. Or any graduations.
• Minimum Four years (related product or sales experience will be an advantage)
