• Develop a Sales Plan to achieve set sales and collection targets.
• Ensure successful launch of New Products and promotions in the assigned region.
• Increase market share through effective collaboration with business partners.
• Work towards regional profitability through close monitoring of gross margin.
• Provide solutions for customers/dealers and add value to the sales process through negotiations, resulting in winning business/orders and a positive customer experience.
• Identify new Dealers/Distributors and effective distribution management across the region.
• Devise and implement sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, and sales forecasts to ensure key objectives are met.
• Provide technical product training to the dealer base as & when required.
• Identify competitive issues/opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback.
• Process optimization with regard to ordering, billings, shipments & collection.
• Recruiting, managing, and developing the Team through leadership skills, helping the team achieve their individual sales and collection targets.
• Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers.
• Ensure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid-out processes.
