1. Candidate should meet and sourcing medical stores ready to partner with us for selling our medicines
2. Mapping the medical store's network in your area
3. Building relationships with key medical store stakeholders
4. Partnering with medical stores to get orders for our pharma brands and successful execution of the orders
5. Ensuring quick liquidation of our pharma brands to support repeat orders
6. Regular training of medical store personnel
7. Coordinate with the relationship managers team for a smooth handover and to ensure timely payment settlement from our partner pharmacies
8. Achieve the set targets for various pharma brands
9. Must have at least two years experience as a sales executive in a reputed
10. Pharma company, preferably over the counter (OTC) or consumer division or Antibiotics division
11. Must have worked in the same geography / City for at least one year
12. Must have a good rapport with the Pharmacies in the city
13. Must have own two-wheeler for better mobility to be used for company field work.
14. Must have good working knowledge of the terms and conditions of the pharma distribution channel prevailing in the city like discounts offered by pharmacies to patients, PTR, Pharmacy payment terms, etc.
15. Presentable with fluent communication in English and Hindi
