**Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager (B2B, FMCG)**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager for a B2B role within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of sales experience and a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and the FMCG market. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with key business clients, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key business clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to ensure consistent growth in the B2B segment.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess client needs, gather feedback, and monitor competitor activities.
- Lead product knowledge and training sessions to ensure clients understand the features, benefits, and positioning of FMCG products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional materials and strategies with business goals.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Resolve customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate a small team of sales representatives (if applicable) to achieve sales targets and ensure efficient sales operations.
**Qualifications:**
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales within the FMCG industry.
