Job Description

Overview of Opening Position:

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for Vidarbh, Nagpur (Maharashtra).

The role involves managing regional sales operations and a team of Sales Executives.

Responsible for driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Expand the distribution network and promote Comet’s pipe & fitting products.

Conduct regular meetings with distributors, dealers, and clients.

Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure consistent sales performance.

Record all activities, discussions, and new contacts in the CRM software.

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Preferred: Experience in managing sales teams or large territories.

Advantage: Background in pipes & fittings or related industries.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead market development to boost brand presence and sales in Indore and Nagpur.

Supervise and support Sales Executives to meet targets and grow the customer base.

Develop and implement sales strategies for regional growth and revenue targets.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide regular reports on market insights and competitor activities.

Ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets.

Generate new leads and acquire clients to expand the customer base.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Organize and participate in promotional events to drive sales and visibility.

Carry out daily visits to dealers, distributors, and customers with follow-up tracking.

Record all sales activities and customer meetings in CRM software.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering regular feedback and support.
