Casey Group is hiring experienced area sales managers for its retail chain segment to increase
sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of sales executives with other
sales positions. If you have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and a dynamic sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads for super stockist & distributors and convert them into successful
business entity for the company.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your assigned work
location.
- Making strategy to achieve sales targets through the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales
targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present
company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Analyze the sales data of your team and provide insights wherever necessary to improve sales
and business figure.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with companys policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is
preferred.
- Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting end-to-end sales targets.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
