Company overview: Casey Retail India is a leading player in the fast-moving consumer (FMCG) segments, gradually all FMCG Products will add like Home care, Personal care, Beverage, Oil segment, Snacks etc. Initially we are starting from spices. Now we have 26 items of spices, all products are our purely natural products as registered in Govt .IP India. With a commitment to taste, tradition, and innovation, we are expanding our presence in the market and are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.

Job Overview: As the Area sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and managing the distribution network within the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful promotion and distribution of Casey Retail India products.

Responsibilities:

�� Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

�� Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.

�� Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

�� Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

�� Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements:

�� Bachelor��s degree in business, marketing or related field.

�� 5-10 yrs. Of experience in sales, marketing or related field.

�� Strong communication skills.

�� Must have leadership quality.

�� Excellent organizational skills.
